Trust Email grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Trust Email for your personal and non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You agree not to modify, distribute, sell, lease, or otherwise exploit Trust Email, in whole or in part, without Trust Email's prior written consent. You also agree not to use the service in any way that may violate any applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, copyrights, and patents, in Trust Email and its contents are owned by or licensed to Seeed Digital.

Limitation of Liability

Trust Email will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of Trust Email.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trust Email and its affiliates from and against any claims, actions, suits or proceedings, as well as any losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of Trust Email.

Payment and Refunds

Users must pay the required fee to access Trust Email. Payment processing is handled by our payment processor. Refunds will be issued according to our Refund Policy. If users have any doubts about the product, they are encouraged to try out Trust Email by contacting support before making a purchase. Users may be eligible for a refund within 3 days of purchase if they are not satisfied with the product.

Termination

Trust Email may terminate your access to Trust Email at any time, with or without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your use of the service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Changes to Terms of Service

Trust Email reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of Trust Email following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
