We offer a free tier with 1,000 credits per month to allow users to test our service before committing to a paid plan. We encourage all users to utilize this free tier to ensure the service meets their needs.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally issued at the sole discretion of Trust Email. You may be eligible for a full refund within 3 days of your initial purchase if:
- You have experienced technical issues that our support team was unable to resolve.
- The service did not perform as described on our website.
- You have used less than 5% of the credits included in your purchased plan.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- More than 3 days have passed since the date of purchase.
- You have used a significant portion (more than 5%) of the credits in your plan.
- Your account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., attempting to validate stolen email lists).
- Renewal of a subscription (we recommend cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you no longer wish to use the service).
